Tips

1. Make It Fun. The more interest your child has in the activity, the more they will participate.

2. Make It Interactive. Children need to be involved in the activity to maintain attention and interest. An excellent way to do this is to have the child lead the activity.

3. Change The Setting. If possible, try to move the activity outside or to another area. This could help your child re-focus their attention.

4. Take A Break. Although the thought of students falling behind is a scary one, make sure they get a break when doing learning activities. Additionally, a break can sometimes help with inattentiveness.
